About the CompanyThe company started not so long ago in 2013 but in these years we have developed into a very fast growing business giving to our clients the satisfaction and reliability.
The founder of the company is a Russian lady, Svetlana who had moved from Moscow to Caen, Lower Normandy, France having this great passion for history of this place. She started her carrer with the 6 weeks of theoretical and practical courses in Caen MEMORIAL museum after which she worked for almost 4 years as a tour guide on the DD beaches. Creating this company was her big dream as "knowing the history of this place I have almost an irritating desire to share it with people all over the world". The company's greatest feature is its wide variety of the tours suggested to the public. Specializing mostly in Private Guided tours of the D-Day Landing Beaches and the Battle of Normandy, we are suggesting other options to our clients for better understanding of the historical importance of this region. Since we started work Svetlana has had that great honor to welcome over 20 American WW2 veterans on her tours. Many families of D-Day veterans have asked me to help them discover the places where their loved ones fought and the sobering facts about their lives in Normandy. "For me, Normandy became my second home-land. This region is like a jigsaw puzzle piece—sprawling across France's northwestern corner. Normandy with its lower-profile charms, coastal landscapes, pebbly beaches, finest museums, quiet pastoral villages and architectural gems was the perfect destination to start my career as a guide. I love traveling, have a high passion for showing the beauty of Normandy to tourists worldwide. I am very enthusiastic, self-motivated and patient in work. I know how to communicate well with everybody and understand the importance of listening and respecting the others." -Svetlana |
